The Henrik Ibsen double medal
The double medal issued by Harald Nyborg in 1978 commemorates the 150th anniversary of the birth of Norwegian poet Henrik Ibsen. Norwegian artist Nils Aas was entrusted with the prestigious task of designing the medal, which was produced in a limited edition of 2,500 copies. The medal pair has a combined thickness of 31 mm, a diameter of 85 mm, and a total weight of just under 900 grams.
